BUB recently spiked higher on news of a JV with a strategic China partner as buyers dived in to soak up the selling. We see that the price still has some work to do but the move from 1.60 to 0.90 has cleaned out a lot of stale holders so we are now watching for fresh buying to hold higher levels and build the buy entry setup for a push up through 1.25 and then potentially 1.60.
