Placement: Golden Mile (G88) – raising $1m via placement with $500k SPP at 5c – bids due Friday 28th August

Placement of up to 22,295,665 fully paid ordinary shares via one (1) tranche s.708 placement to raise up to ~$1,114,783 – there will be no increase/oversubscriptions in the offer

The company also intends to offer a share purchase plan to eligible existing shareholders to raise up to $500,000 at 5c via the issue of 10,000,000 shares under the SPP.
