Watch for Sell Entry at 10490
The DAX Index is showing some strong signs of weakness as doubts remain about Germany being able to fund stimulus for the ECB which will not bode well for the EU. Happy to Sell on a push down through 10490 and hold a Stop Loss at 10780. If price rallies through 10780 prior to entry then we will cancel the entry and re-assess the action. The entry and stop Loss is dynamic for now as price has not confirmed the ideal setup as yet but if it does hold around the MAs and moves through 10490, we would want to be short.
