Potential Sell Alert SYD
SYD – Sydney Airport
SYD has continued to come under pressure from sellers which has accelerated the previous few days as weakness enters the ASX200. We recently saw price bounce off support up to the 7.04 level and then sellers jump back in to build the lower high. We are now watching for a push through the 6.70 support zone when we expect the selling to further accelerate lower.

SYD has broken lower as sellers squeeze out the late buyers and take control. The long term trend is still in take but under fire as sellers work price lower from major resistance at 7.60/7.75 zone. Price is extended so we see potential for a higher low around 6.65 and then a move up or sellers to keep the squeeze on and price go into a long term correction lower as profits are locked in.

SYD is showing early signs of traders locking in some long term gains. We are watching the action for a potential move lower as late buyers into the action get squeezed back out of the market. There is major resistance around 7.75 so we expect some reaction up at current levels as price action is not convincing. If price pushes below 7.13 then the sellers will come out of the woodwork.
