The Aussie has kicked on a lot stronger than we originally expected as the USD headed south as US points to further rate hikes. Price now is extended and stretched at current high levels so we are expecting a long squeeze as buyers lock in some gains and push price lower where we will be watching for a long term higher low to provide further opportunity.

The Aussie has kicked up through a minor resistance level at 0.7533 after finding buyers off 0.7519. We are now looking for a short term move up to squeeze out some of the late sellers from the daily charts. We are now watching for a minor pullback to build the higher low around 0.7525 to 0.7533 that will build the buy entry setup with a short term target around 0.7560. Watching now to see if the action plays out.
